Setup:
Section 1: Different 1st page headers, Orientation set to Portrait,
Table in 1st page header is centered
Section 2: Headers are not 'Same as Previous', Orientation set to Landscape,

When i Put a header in i want it to say my last nam say it is Joe then i want
to put an i like that so it should look like Joe i then i want it to on page
2 to say Joe ii but when i out it in is says Joe i on the second page and i
went to help and it says click the section break ...

How do I extend the right margin in Outline View? In Normal view, the right
margin can be set wide just fine, but in outline view the text still wraps at
a short line. There must be a separate setting for the right margin in  
Outline View, but I have yet to find it.
