How does one set up Word to print document info such as date, document name,
or file path, by default, at the bottom of every document?

I am working with Word 2000 and need to set up a template that uses even and
odd headers. I can get the Heading1 and Heading2 text to apply using the
STYLEREF command, but not the autonumber that is built into the Heading1 and
Heading2 styles using Bullets and Numbering.

Hi! I've just upgraded to Word 2003. How do I create a form with text fields
where you automatically go to the next text field by hitting the Tab button?
I want to be able to click on the first field, fill it out, then hit Tab,
which will highlight the next field to be filled out ...

I cut and pasted several pages of text into a new document, but I can only
see one page of it. And when I type a new document, I can't see any of the
text beyond page one. Anyone know how to fix this?

When I create an outline, the feature works fine for a while. Then the
spacing between the Level I number and the text gets larger; destroying the
consistency of the outline appearance. I can't get the space narrower. Here
is that it looks like:

I have a client still using Office 97!
They have a third party application which exports to a labels document in
Word.
Everytime the computer is shut down and re-started, Word defaults to a 1 x 6

I know this is possible as since the beginning it was on the right side. One

I'm having a problem setting a custom size in Word 2002.  When I've selected
'Custom Size' from Page Setup I then go and start changing the height and
width.  I reduce the width to 21.9cm, and then I start reducing to height

OK, Now I have set up my templates in a directory to be shared by others.
This is fine at the moment because there are only a few but its a bit messy
in large icons mode.
When I choose File | New | Templates On My Computer, you get the General Tab

The margin settings from my label document will not clear when I open a new
document. I have to close all Word applications including Outlook to clear
that margin setting. I have tried everything and this is the only way it will
reset to use the margin function on documents that ...

When trying to print get message: The margins of section one are set outside
the printable area of the page. Do you want to continue? If you click yes it
will print and run of the page.

I have a letter that I type on a frequent basis.  Sometimes it goes over one
page & I was wondering if there was a function I might use to make it fit to
one page.
