Unlike other versions of Microsoft Word, the headers & footers will not appear in a document I'm typing unless and until I click on Print Preview. How can I get Headers & Footers to appear in a document in Print Preview?

Suddenly my footnotes are no longer on the correct page! Only the first three or so are on the right page and the others flow over to the next page. Any suggestions about how to fix this so that all footnotes for each page are at the foot of that page?
