I would like to create a new word 2003 document that is a A3 paper size document. When I go to File / Page setup / Paper size, I cannot select A3 because it is not in the list. How can I sort this out ?

I want to set up a custom page size in Word for an 8.5" x 36" document. Word 2002 will only let me go up to 22" length. How do I get it to let me go to 36"? My goal is to create the document in Word and then make a pdf using Acrobat. I'm using MS Word 2002 on Windows XP Home.
