I'm using Word 2000, when I preview one particular document, only the header
shows up, I can't see the rest of the document in Print Preview. It only
happens on one computer. Ideas?

Today, when I first opened Word, the Print Layout view only showed the middle
9" of the document (the cursor is at the very top of the page).  The page is
11" long, but the top and bottom margins do not show up.  If I switch to

I want to set up a custom page size in Word for an 8.5" x 36" document.  Word
2002 will only let me go up to 22" length.  How do I get it to let me go to
36"?  My goal is to create the document in Word and then make a pdf using
Acrobat.  I'm using MS Word 2002 on Windows XP Home.
