I want to make a collage using Word 2003, But I cant freely place images on the page where I want. The formatting only allows them on individual lines and in columns. Is there a way around this? Is there a better way to do what I want?

I have a document in several sections. I want to disconnect the header in section three from the header in section 2. When I open the header in section three and then click the "same as previous" button, the document either freezes or crashes.
