When I press enter in MS Word it does not start on the next line, it starts
the next line way down there.  I just want it to be right how do I do it?

Help :-)  I've searched all over the place and found dozens of almost
complete answers... all I want to do is place a logo in the top left corner
of the first page such that it prints along with my letters rather than
printing stationary in one pass and then sending those pages ...

I am having repeated problems within a large document, where the formatting
of sections and subsections is incorrect when it runs onto the next page.  
Its usually just the first line of the new page but its a real nuisance. Any
suggestions?

I have a document that is 34 pages in length.  I want to place page numbers
in the upper right corner.  I want page 1 to appear on page 4, in other
words, I don't want any page numbers to appear on the first three pages of

I was pasting some text from email very free form into a word document.  
I was separating authors with 4 or 5 dashes (hyphens).
Word took my dashes and made them rule lines.  I was appreciative, but

In Word you get three Custom page sizes. How do you change the sizes to those
that you use frequently?
I got a HP psc for christmas but it wont let me define my own page sizes - I
only get to choose custom 1, 2 or 3 which I am guessing I must set in Word.

When I reset the margins of my page in WORD, in the "Page Setup" section, I
can see the 1 " margin in the setup, but they do not APPLY to the document,
and typed words go to the top and to the bottom of the page, ignoring the
margins I set, and also selected as the default ...

Hi - I hope someone can help me - using Word 2000
I am preparing some standard letters for issue to several offices.  Some of
our staff are, to say the least, not computer literate, so I need to make
things as straightforward as I can.
