When I press enter in MS Word it does not start on the next line, it starts the next line way down there. I just want it to be right how do I do it?

Help :-) I've searched all over the place and found dozens of almost complete answers... all I want to do is place a logo in the top left corner of the first page such that it prints along with my letters rather than printing stationary in one pass and then sending those pages ...

I am having repeated problems within a large document, where the formatting of sections and subsections is incorrect when it runs onto the next page. Its usually just the first line of the new page but its a real nuisance. Any suggestions?

In Word you get three Custom page sizes. How do you change the sizes to those that you use frequently? I got a HP psc for christmas but it wont let me define my own page sizes - I only get to choose custom 1, 2 or 3 which I am guessing I must set in Word.
