I would like to make it so when a seclection is made from a drop down another
field appears that was not there, or visible, before. Is there a way to do

Here's my problem...
I've got a piece invitation paper that's 6 3/16" wide by 9 1/4" tall. I
plugged those numbers into the Page Setup Settings as a Custom Page.
However, when I go to print it, the text doesn't line up with the paper. I

Here's what I'm trying to do:  
Document has 10 total pages:
1 title page
1 table of contents page

I have a mailmerge document in which the margins must be set outside the
print area.  When I go to print the merged document, I'm prompted for every
section that the margins are set outside the print area and I have to click

When you insert a header, the following information is displayed:
{ AUTHOR } Page { PAGE }     {DATE \@ "M/d/yyyy" }
When you try and view that in print preview, you see:
