My footer was set up using the "Page x of y" Autotext entry from the footer toolbar. The print layout view and print preview shows the page numbers correctly, but the printout comes out as Page 1 of 1, Page 2 of 2, Page 3 of 3; instead of Page 1 of 3, Page 2 of 3, etc.

I created a graphic and text chart as a drawing object but I cannot see it in Normal view. When I email it out, the recipient cannot see it. I want to build the document so others can view it in html and as an email attachment. Help!

I want to have no header on the first page with a .5" top margin. Then on the second and all the rest of the pages I need a 1" top margin (with header information on the top of the second page and every pager thereafter. If anyone can help me, I would be grateful forever.
