I'm using Customized Headings 1&2 in my document. I now need to switch to
outline numbering at page 19 and when I do so, it changes my Heading 1. I
can't seem to figure a workaround in this. Doesn't Word allow outline

Some of the numbers of numbered heading styles are not showing up in the
Document Map. There is no rhyme nor reason to it that I can tell. The
Document Map is going to be a handy tool for a certain document I am setting
up - I really need for it to behave.

I just got a new XP computer.  I save ad-hoc reports from Access to Word.  
The first time I did this with my new computer, the page set-up in Word did

Can anyone help with this.  I received an email attachement with an rtf
extension.  When I open it in word I get every tab and space and the docuemnt
is 155 pages long becasue of the unnecessary formattgin showing.  How can I

is there a way to flip the file without adding landscape pages?  when i

I've been using Word since it replaced word perfect...am a software
engineer...write tech specs with it all the time.
I've never had a problem with cutting an image from another app into the
clipboard and pasting into a word doc.

How can I enlarge a document that I created useing a template, so that it is
larger than one page?  Example: A sign for a yard sale.  The template just
puts it at the size for a regular size piece of paper.  I want the sign to
take up 4 sheets of paper.
