I have written a technical paper in MS Word using a windows XP laptop. But when I copy it to a desktop machine the formatting is all misaligned. The text does not fit on pages the same way, diagrams seem to overlap the text etc.

On my old version of MO I had a text with page breaks option that is not on my new MO version. I need to use this for placing articles on the web site for my AAEP board members to view. The plain text makes the articles too wide.

I have a newsletter that is pre-edited as a 4-page letter sized document. I want to print it on 11 X 17 paper as a booklet, eith 4 letter-size pages, but I can't seem to figure out how. Any suggestions?

When I reopen a document, the text and text boxes have moved into other areas of the document from where I orginally placed them. This also happens when I send it to print. How can I get this to stop? I am using Word 2003 with Windows XP. Thanks for any help received.

How do I use the same footer for all of my pages ( page 1 of 7) except on last page remove one part of footer while keeping the automatic numbering? This is a template that can be anywhere from 5-300 pages.

Two quick questions about Office/Word 2003. 1. How do I edit the normal.dot template that loads when Word loads? I get the prompt to save changes to normal.dot, but the changes don't actually get saved. When I re-open word, the old normal.dot reappears.
