I have Word 2003. Under FIle, Page Setup is disabled. Also under Insert, Break is disabled. I have Excel 2003 and both these functions work OK within Excel All suggestions appreciated.

I work in an office where all work is saved to a server. I can spend hours working on something, save to server only to have someone else open it up look at it and when they close it , the page format changes. It will shift everything on the pages so I have to spend hours ...

I have a procedure manual. Each section is numbered sequentially, in the header. e.g. 8.1, 8.1.1, 8.1.2, using outline format. There is a NewPage Section break between each section. I would like to generate a table of contents from the outline structure.

I'm working with an A5 page, and outputting to a QMS330 that's A3 capable, so margins should not be an issue. I reset them all to Zero, to force a fix, then took "fix" which it did, and it's still telling me that there's print outside the margins, which I can't see on the screen, ...

Word should allow you to specify different paragraph spacing on the first and last items in a list when using a list style. I write user guides, and I always use styles for formatting. I set paragraph spacing for the general text flow, but I often find myself manually adjusting
