My Board Meeting package consists of 9 - 12 sections.  Each section has data
on pages 8.5X11.  The divider for each section is 9X11.  I need to place the
section # within the 8.5" to 9" right edge of the divider so it can be easily

I am working on an instruction and I am having problems with the  footer I
cannot get the pages to number in sequence when I tryed to delete the footer
and do it manually I  am still  having problems the numer sequence.  

How do you start page numbering on the third page of a document? I've put in
a section break on page 3 and started the page numbering there, but it also
numbers section 1, which are title pages, so should not have page numbers.
