I am using Word 2003.  When I use insert page number and tell it to center
the page numbering at the bottom of the page it does not appear.  If I try
using the view header and footer command and tell it to insert page numbers
it may insert a page number but will not insert it in ...

how do I format a document contain pages like e.g 10pages in the format (1 of
10, 2 of 10, to 10 of 10)

How to setup word (office 2003) page layout to make it continuous page, let say 3 to 4 pages without braking into any single page as we use in ordinary A4 size, and should this format remain when converted into PDF document ?

Is it possible to make my tables appear that they have got ROUNDED corners
instead of square ones? This is quite a nice looking effect which I don't
