I am trying to have the TOC generated from information in section headers.  
It does not seem to recognize either formating of TC fields in headers.  Any

How can I compare two documents and see/print a "Final" version
that has those margin diff marks on lines changed but NOT show
the insertions/deletions in the paragraphs?   In other words,
my doc reviewers want to see diff marks that something changed

in print view with zoom at either 100% or fit to page, a portion of the page
is black with the text behind it.  If I reduce the zoom to 50% the black
