Word paragraphs should have a "Keep with previous" format option11 Oct 2005 03:22 GMT3
Example:  Document automated with multiple optional paragraph.  Don't know
how many paragraphs are going to be inserted or which will be the last
paragraph.  The last paragraph needs to be kept with the next paragraph, but
the previous paragraphs do not need to be kept with it.

when trying to apply "vertical alignment" to only 1 section of a document in
word 2002- There is no option for "this section only" in the drop down menu.
Only choices are; "whole document" and "this point forward". Any one have a

When I paste text in an Office document such as Word or Excel (or anywhere
text attributes are supporetd), the text always retains the attributes of
the source document unless I use Paste Special.

I want to format a TOC style. My TOC has three levels from Heading 1, 2
and 3.
