for some reason the page display size is only showing 7"x9" even though all my setting show that it is set at 8.5"x11". What would cause such a thing to happen and what can I do to fix it. I have tried repairing the problem and reinstalling the software. Do I need

I am trying to print an invitation with dimensions 5.7 x 8.7. When I enter my custom paper size, the print preview reformats to the new size. BUT, when I print out the document, the text is formatted like it is on 8.5 x 11.

After creating a 8 1/2 x 11 flier, I inserted a border. However, when I print, a message pops up saying I am outside the printable area. The WYSIWYG document looks great, but the print preview (and the printout) always cuts off the bottom of the border.

My heading 1 style in my document is very stylized, and not at all good for for a TOC. I have my TOC 1 style set to something basic, but that style keeps getting overridden by the style settings for heading 1. Any idea how in the world I keep this from happening?
