I understand that to set up a TOC that each component that you want to appear
has to be assigned a "header". I've done this and it works but in this
particular document I've had to use "numbering" in a way that there are many
numbers underneath ei: 15, 15.1, then 15.1.1, 15.1.1.1 ...

I add an envelope to the document, have a different first page header, and
insert page numbers (1 of 10), but when I add the envelope to the document,
it counts the envelope as the first page.
Any suggestions?

I was fooling around with form fields. Now, every time I go to word, the form
comes up. I try to "unprotect" the document, but when I close word and open
it, the document appears again. How do I get my blank new documents back?
