I need to create a document that is not broken by page breaks. It needs to have a width of 24cm and no set length as its going to be printed on continuous paper, is there a way to do this? Thanks

Problem with page numbers. The page displays as {page} and not actua number. If I press Alt+F9 this gives you the page number and no {page} but when you print it still show {page}. Any suggestions --
