I need to create a document that is not broken by page breaks.
It needs to have a width of 24cm and no set length as its going to be
printed on continuous paper, is there a way to do this?

I would like to make the header different
e.g.
Page 1- 10 has the header "apple"
Page 11- 20 has the header "banana"

Problem with page numbers.  The page displays as {page} and not actua
number.  If I press Alt+F9 this gives you the page number and no
{page} but when you print it still show {page}.  Any suggestions

In Word 2003, is it possible to lock the document unchanged but for some
pages that are forms for the readers to fill and can be modified?  If
