Continual Columns07 Nov 2005 18:32 GMT1
Is there a way in Word to have columns continue onto successive pages? This
would enable, for example, two versions of something to be printed side by
side to see differences. The text from column one would continue onto column
one on following pages. The text from column two ...

Can one cut&paste text with Tracked Changes, and keep the Tracks?06 Nov 2005 21:59 GMT3
I do a lot of editing in Word 2003. Naturally I want my clients to be able to
see the exact changes I made, so I use Tracked Changes.  However, if I
realize that a whole paragraph or section needs to be moved, the Tracked
Changes are lost.  There doesn't seem to be anything like ...

Word - automatically correcting spacing and indenting06 Nov 2005 05:41 GMT3
I find it VERY VERY annoying when I am using word to take notes or write an
essay, and it automatically corrects my space indentations (especially using
bullets and " - ") and word choice.  90% of the time, it is correcting
something that I did not wish to have corrected.  This ...

In other words, I have created a letterhead form with two text boxes near the
top margin, and a text box at the left margin, about a 1/4 page down.  How do
I maintain that position (starts at 1/4 left margin) but have a different
margin when putting in copy for the letter?  I ...

I set 1" left and right margins, but the printed margins don't come out that
way.  They are close:  left = 7/8";  right = 1 1/8", but not what they should
be.
