I have defined a Table format, including setting the text for "Whole Table"
to a specific font. But the text in the tables of that Style are still in
the same font as the Normal style. This seems to be true both for
preexisting tables and new tables I create with that table style ...

I edited the Heading Styles in a document and saved the doucment.  When I
reopened that document the style reverted back to MS Words Style Definition.  
Actually I outdented Heading 2 and when I opened up the Document Heading 2
was indented again.

headed (margins 4cm & 1.9cm l/r) on the first page. On subsequent pages I
need 2cm/2cm l/r (as well as different top/bottom margins).

When I add a watermark to my header the page numbering numbers all pages as
0. I have changed the wrapping to 'in line with text' but this does not solve
the problem - can anyone help?

I know how to do page numbering.  But since I am writing a book, each
chapter will start numbering all over again from page 1.  So in order not to
confuse stuff, chapter 1 pages must be A1, A2, A3, etc,,,Chapter 2 pages

I was unable to finish a document in the past because I reached the maximum
number of text boxes that could be inserted.  What is the new "limit" in Word
