I have a requirement for a thesis that demands that the 4th level heading run
into the subsequent text:

Word has this great feature where you can type a few dashes and press Enter,
you you get a line appearing all the way across the page. But how can you get

Hi, I've got Word 2002 with SP3.
In print view it show text smaller than it is and it raises up the footer
data three inches. When printed it outputs the same thing. Margins are set
