Forcing Page Break - Word 200004 Jan 2006 18:36 GMT2
I’m creating user documentation that will be bound and have double-sided
printing.  Currently it is divided in several sections for title page, table
of contents, main contents, etc.  The main portion of the document has
odd/even page numbering.

I'm creating a training workbook and I have word documents and powerpoint
(notes page view) slides in the training.  I want to combine it all into one
document (either a word doc or a ppt doc, whichever is easier).  This would
make it easier to manage and make page numbering much ...

buggy new-page layout in Word 200304 Jan 2006 00:44 GMT3
Recently, when I open a new document, the page that is displayed is too
short, even though it claims to be A4 in the 'Paper'  tab in 'Page Setup'.
The aspect ratio is not even right for 8-1/2" x 11".  Is this a bug or a
corrupted 'Normal.dot'?
How do I set up a table in landscape, and keep footer portrait?03 Jan 2006 21:58 GMT1
I am working in a long document, and in an appendix, I have a table which
needs to be landscape, but it has turned my footer landscape, also.  I tried
a text box for the footer, but it won't allow me to place it outside of the
table.  When I try to place my table in a text box, ...
Insert Autotext in Footer grayed, can't use it. Why?03 Jan 2006 21:58 GMT1
After installation of Office 2003, I can't use the "Insert Autotext" in the
View Headers and Footers because it is grayed out... so clicking on it does
nothing. Older versions let me put "filename" in the footer.
Does anyone know why it isn't active... and how to fix it?
how do I rotate a table on a page and keep the structure of the ta03 Jan 2006 21:56 GMT1
I want to "landscape" the table without "landscaping" the page. The page has
header and footer information that I would like to stay oriented at top and
bottom of the 8.5x11 page. BUT I would like the table to appear as on a
landscaped page.

I tried following the MS help... it directs you to put it in as a
template for DVD cases like you get at the video store02 Jan 2006 06:59 GMT1
I buy DVD cases to put my recordings into.  You make a page to insert into
the outside under the plastic that wraps around. They are 7 1/8" high by 10
1/2" wide and the spline has to have the name on it.
I have been doing my own but they do not look professional.
