How do I combine the \b and \@ switches in MERGEFIELD?
{MERGEFIELD "Date2" \@ yyyy/MM/dd} ...has the desired effect.
{MERGEFIELD "Date2" \b " - "} ...has the desired effect.
{MERGEFIELD "Date2" \@ yyyy/MM/dd  \b " - "} ignores the \b switch.

I want to print with my  cell grid lines to be printed as well as the
infomation. Help says to go to page set up and press sheet tab. I don't have

I am printing a document from word 2003 2 cm margins all round. Set to print
A4 size- all my settings seem as I usually do.
The problem is  there is a gap of white space at the right side of the pages
and at the bottom so it looks as if the text is smaller and and everything

My computer refuses to make A4 the default for documents and converts
everything to Letter size even when i start over from a blank document.  It's
complaining about uneven column spacing and margins being too big.
It's driving me round the bend!!!
