I have a Word document (protected) form with 21 hyperlinks; out of these 7
are jumping to the top of the page rather than going to their links.  If I
turn off protection they work fine.  I have a macro allowing double clicks
when form protections is on.

Have ended up with 2 half pages, but can't merge back into the original.

Word 2002, document with multi sections with variations in footer including
page numbering that goes throughout.
Numbering has gone out of whack and will not recognize previous section when
continue from previous section is checked in format numbering.  Footer is set

Have big problem with page numbering!
Document has multiple sections.  Most are New Page, some are continuous.  
Have disabled all 'same as previous' in headers and footers as all are
different.  

Does anyone know how to keep two words together so that they don't separate
over two lines of text? For example, I would want Ms. Rose to never have the
Ms. on one line, and Rose on the next. I have tried keep with next under
paragraph formatting and I have tried 'keep lines ...
