View vertical ruler is set and we are in print layout view.
But vertical ruler is not visible.   This just started happening on every
Word document within the last month.  It was fine before.

Why is it that when I e-mail a .doc in hotmail the format changes. I am doing
a transcription and instead of it looking like this:

If i move the Footnote Separator Line into the left Page Margin, the part of
the line which is in the page margin is not visible, anymore.
How can keep the whole Seperator Line visible?
