I want to turn OFF all those pesky automatic formatting things in Word. I want to type my own numbers and letters for paragraphs and be able to indent a whole paragraph MANUALLY (a la Wordperfect). Is this possible in Word? Thanks!

It would be extremely helpful if you could develop a template for creating a chapbook. I have tried several combinations of book fold, two-sided printing, etc. and still find it impossible to create a chapbook with the page numbers compiled correctly.

i'm working on a 100 p. document, Word 2003. each time (in a print view) i scroll the document it repaging on the bottom line and create a heavy delay scrolling the doc. how can i make him not doing that? tnx.

In page layout carriage returns and information in some tables can be seen, but in print preview they are not. i.e. blank cells in the tables and no "space" between paragraphs. Why?

My print preview page shows equal page borders around both sides of a 2-page-per-sheet document (A4) but when printed on my new HP Officejet Pro K550 the left border is closer to the page edge than the right - in other words the whole 'booklet style' document is off centre and ...

I want eveyone in my company to use the same normal.dot file so when they open word their default font style and size is arial 12. I want them to be able to change the font and size if they want. Is this possible

Newly installed Office 2003. When I Center the first line then move cursor to "Justify" rest of body - the entire page moves to Justify. Or if Centered first - all lines follow to Center - cannot separate them. Please help

Whenever I am opening a file its open with normal view, I make it print lay out but after closing the file again same or new file opens with normal view. Is there anyway to make print layout view as default view?
