I have suddenly started getting the doument map opening automaticallyy when I open existing documents, even though I have not requested it and do not require it. I can easily get rid of it, but then it opens the next time. I cannot find out how to stop it opening.

I am trying to indent just one paragraph in a document (a quote), while leaving the rest of the document alone. Every time I do it, Word insists on indenting everything below the targeted paragraph. Can someone tell me what I am doing, or not doing? Thanks!

I am trying to address post cards using mail-merge in Word 2003. The postcards are 4" high by 6" wide and are in a 12"x12" sheet. The cards are 2 wide and 3 high. The method chosen to print these cards is:
