I'm writing a book in Word 2003 and my pages are in landscape format. How do I number each side of the page as page 1 and page 2 so that when printing the printer will print all odd pages and all even pages?

I like to print greeting cards on 8"x5.5" card stock. Under page setup > paper > paper size I can create a custom size but I can't figure out a way to save the custom size for future use. Any ideas?

We have a Word document that has the margins setup for letterhead. When this document is attached in an email and sent, the margin settings are lost. Both users have the same printer set as their default printer.
