It would be much less trouble to select the "read" view the few times it is needed. Office professionals are accustomed to seeing the text as it will print. People who use Word often, do not want to take time to select "normal" for each file.

Why is it that whenever i insert a picture into Word the picture will just disappear. I mean, the picture is still there but you cant see it until you move it. I've tried formatting the picture, checking and uncheck the picture placeholders option.

A member of staff cannot use auto text facility in Header and Footer it is greyed out. All other staff members have no problems. OS XP, Office 2003. Any Ideas?
