Having searched and searched, I cannot seem to find a cure for this problem. When I open a word document (in a work environment from the network), everything appears fine. It is usually a letter for instance. The problem occurs when sending this document to print.

I just upgraded from 2000 Pro to 2003 Pro and generated a calendar using the wizard and there are no lines separating the days. Am I missing something in the configurations or did the template for a calendar change?

Is it possible to disable the "Allow Starting in Reading Layout" option at the document level instead of just at the application level. The headers are an important part of most of my documents and I would like them to be visible by default to people who I email my documents.
