We have a webpage that hasn't been updated in a year. I have been given the
job of getting it updated.  I need to get some of the files into a folder
together. For example: Emplyees, Crystal, John, Margaret are all together,
but I need it to look like this

OK, this is getting ridiculous. I have finally been reduced to saving my
document as text-only and then opening it again, in hopes that I could
redefine every one of the styles I'd created for ONE CERTAIN DOCUMENT, but
NO! There those old styles are AGAIN, even when I choose to ...

Is there a way of making it vary or making it fix at 100%.  I have a customer
who says hers is constantly opening at 54%

When I open a Word document the e-mail view shows.  I cannot turn this

The first two pages in my document cannot be numbered.  And then pages 3 to10
need to be numbered using roman numerials.  Then the rest of the documents is

When I block and then bold, align, underline or italicize what is blocked,
the entire document changes to the bold, align etc.  I can use reverse to
