I need to print an announcement on a 5X7 card.  Looks ok in print preview but
when it prints, it runs off the right side.  Tried setting printer to B5 but
still not printing correctly

I am haveing problems with the bookfold format.  When I send it to the
printer to print front and back the pages on one side are shifting up
throughout the document.  How can I fix this problem?
P.S. in Word

We order preprinted stock certificates and have to type the
fill-in-the-blanks using a typewriter.  Is there anyway to use Word to format
the document so I can run the preprinted form through the printer?

Using lables I usually see the label grid lines in non printing pale grey.
