I need to print an announcement on a 5X7 card. Looks ok in print preview but when it prints, it runs off the right side. Tried setting printer to B5 but still not printing correctly

I am haveing problems with the bookfold format. When I send it to the printer to print front and back the pages on one side are shifting up throughout the document. How can I fix this problem? P.S. in Word

We order preprinted stock certificates and have to type the fill-in-the-blanks using a typewriter. Is there anyway to use Word to format the document so I can run the preprinted form through the printer?

Using MS Word 2003 is there some way set the document page as being 5.5" wide by 8.5" high and then print two pages side by side on letter sized paper in landscape orientation? (I'm trying to avoid using a two column format.) thanks for any help.
