Training Manual needs to be printed double sided, containing 2 columns,
smaller column for participant notes on outside of each page, larger column
on inside binding edge say 1/3 to 2/3 split.  Need these columns to be
separated by grey line divider and 1 grey line at top of page ...

every time i set up a page layout to 4.5x8" it appears ocrrectly on the
screen but will only print to an 8.5x11" piece of paper.  Help!!

I need to create a roster of names, address etc. in a Word document with a
centered heading at the top of the page, then underneath the heading, two
columns of merged data creating a roster.  I am well versed on doing a merge
but I am not sure of the formatting to use to ...

I have checked the 'different on first page' option under headers & footers
for page setup.  Once I do that, the head & footer dissapear - even if the
document is only one page long.  What am I doing wrong?

When I print 25 page document the page number printed on each page is page
number 15 of 15 insted page number 15 of 25. Both page number and number of
page are printed as page number any one know how to fix this?
