Colleague is trying to use Word more like a desktop publishing program where multiple templates can be used in one document. Any way in Word to do the same other than reformat second document or add paragraph styles or use PDF's?

Is there a way to revert to a more classic toolbar in Office 2007, rather than the icon driven toolbar? I'd like the option of using a toolbar similar to what I had in Office 2003. It was much faster than trying to figure out this new layout.

Print preview will only show the first page, the Word document has 4000 words. When in Normal view all the text is shown. As soon as Print preview is opened instead of the vertical scroll bar being about 1/4 of an inch long it extends half way down the page.
