I can't highlight a "Section break (next page)" to delete it.31 Dec 2006 17:28 GMT1
Each page of my document must be a separate section. I'm having a problem
highlighting the "Section break (next page)" to bring 2-column text back
under the one-column heading.

Please help. As you know, Word 2002 doesn't allow me to accept changes
and retain the change bars fo revision management. Is there a macro for
this or will I need to upgrade? Did Microsoft fix this in a later

When I open a Word document that is sent to me through email, it always
opens in the "Reading Layout".  I always change this to "Print Layout".  Is
there any way to make this default?  Is it opening in the "reading layout"
because the document is in a read-only format?

When I open a new document, there is a "border" around the margins.  Also,
if I open an existing document, the same border is shown, as well as dots for
spaces, etc.  The markup button is not selected.

I am trying to open multiple documents in word by going to start -
programs - open office documents.  When I select more than one document

I'm using Word 2002 SP3 under Windows XP.
I have created a number of documents where I've squeezed as much as needed
to fit on the page.  But this required setting the margins just outside of
the printable area.  They print OK but every time I print them I get a

All of a sudden, when I print my email (WORD 2000 is the default printer for
emails), the left 2 letters are being cut off the email.  This happened once
before and I accidently fixed it but I don't know what I did.  Likewise, I

How can I take two Word docs and merge them together so doc 1 is on the
left-hand (even numbered) pages and doc 2 is on the right-hand (odd numbered)

Right now, on layout view, I can view pages 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, etc....
Is there a way to use "layout view", where I can view pages 1/2, then

This question/answer isnt as easy as it sounds.
I'm using Word 2003 and recently ive been having some serious word
formatting problems. A few paragraphs into writing a document i may want to
change the colour of some particular text, i highlight the needed words in

10 to 30, i need to check the following parameter in all the 100files
and generate a log file mentioning the correct and incorrect parameters
