Page set-up works fine in a letter but I have a long A4 document of 200 pages and I've set left and right at 2.5 cm plus a left gutter of 1cm 'in whole document'. But Print View shows a wider right margin and also in a printed page both margins are wider than I've specified.

I did a search, but there were so many footer questions... Is it possible, when creating a template, to have the footer change automatically from one footer (a signature box) when my template is one page to another footer (page 1 of x) when it runs 2 pages? My template is a bid

I am preparing a book. It has Multiple pages: two on a landscape 8 1/2 x 11 sheet. A picture on the right side, page two, prints on the left side, page one. Try it. Page Setup: "landscape"

When I open a Word document, the layout defaults to "Reading Layout". It will also open in "Mark up" format. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? I'd like it to open in Normal or Print view and not marked up. Can someone help?

I'm editing my story. I have used 'Track Changes'. Sometime a line of stars appeared across the page and Iif I delete it it shows up a few lines below. The line looks like littlw squares but I can create it by typing many *s and hitting [Enter].
