I have an A4 document, that I want to shrink and turn to landscape to be able
to print a booklet. I dont want to reformat the entire document. I was
wondering if there was a "zoom" type option, or shrink and rotate (from
portrait to landscape), that I havent seen before.

I'm trying to add a colored backround to a project.  I've used "Bakcround"
under "Format", and it appeared on the screen.  However, the paper printed
out white.  How can I print the document WITH the backround color i've
chosen.

My document is printed double sided (duplex) and contains a section of pages
in portrait and a section of pages designed and printed in landscape. After I
have stapled it, it is easy to read the pages that have been printed in
protrait orientation.

Using template in Works 8.5 Word Processor, how do I stop dates on filed
letters up-dating when re-opened?

I want to print a small line on the left margin to indicate where to fold a
letter to suit a window envelope.

Is it possible, two have a word document with two column, where the first
column is one document spanning several pages, leaving the right hand column
blank so as to add another document.

In Word 2003 and earlier versions, about once a month or so, a document will
print out without the bottom third of each page. If I examine it in Preview,
the text is still missing. It's as if the bottom margin has jumped up the
