Often and inexplicably, the Print Layout view in Word XP Professional will switch to where I cannot see the top margin, i.e., the white space disappears. I want to know what it looks like, not just display the editing area. I cannot seem to keep it set that way.

I have a question if it is possible to embed a graphic and text on the right side of the document like embeding a header or footer only I want this on the right side from top to bottom. I would very much appreciate if anybody could explain how this works.
