I have 2 instances where the titles appears twice in the TOC. In both cases, the first entry has only a page break and no other text and the second entry is the correct one. IE, in example below, page 16 has only a page break, page 17 is the correct page for the Show Committee ...

I somehow changed the style on my footnotes and now there is a large gap above them, roughly one return long. Is there ANY way to close the gap so the first note is just up against the separating line?

I am writing a thesis with a left gutter of 0.5 for binding. I need to landscape a page, so I used a section break and in headers and footers under the page setup I changed the gutter position to the top from left. It keeps changing my whole paper not just that section. Help ...
