A few days ago I started noticing a set of corner marks at each of the
4 margin corners in the print layout view.  How did those get turned
on, and how do I turn them off?

I am trying to create a letter template using placeholders so that a person
can use the tab key to move from field to field and add in information.  Can
anyone help me do this??

i am making  a for sale page and wanted to add those tear off phone numbers
down the bottom you often see on others peoples ads, and i dont know how to
do it, or even what it is called so i can search it.

I have set up the legal pleading wizard, and I have downloaded a template
from Microsoft.  I see the line numbers and two verticle lines next to them.  
But when I go into print preview or when I print the document, the line

I want the page to be landscape, and it will cut the page in half. So the
page has two sections.
I cant seem to do it. I went to page setup > landscape> Chose 2 pages per
sheet. After I select OK, it doesnt look right. The landscape page has not

I'm creating a template in Word for our business.
When I  create a section break, the original header and footer from page 1
both appear on the next page.
However, when I either:

I have created a document in landscape format and saved it.
When I re-open it it reverts to Portrait.

When using "Compare side by side" function, the right pane invariably centers
on the right margin, making the left part of the page disappear out of view.
I have the "Synchronous scrolling" button turned on, but that only seems to
affect vertical scrolling.

Word 2003 documents I create on "one particular PC" with one set of margins
look different and pages are formatted (text is moved to a different page)
differently on any other PC with the SAME margin settings.  PCs have same
version of MS Office 2003 Professional.  

I have Word 97 and this is my first time doing this.  The first section of my
book I want to number i, ii, iii, iv etc. the 2nd section I want to number 1,
2, 3, 4 etc.  the 3rd section will be numbered A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4 etc., and
finially the last section will be number as ...

I put a complete border around my word doc research paper but the bottom
border does not print or show up on print preview. What have I done wrong?

page set up has 1 inch on left and right, for the entire document, but
still the right margin looks much larger than is the left.  this is
not true in other documents.

When I opened up MS-Word 2003, (in print layout view) I suddenly have greyed
out right angles at the margins.  I had this problem years ago.  I don't
remember how to get rid of it.
