A few days ago I started noticing a set of corner marks at each of the 4 margin corners in the print layout view. How did those get turned on, and how do I turn them off?

I want the page to be landscape, and it will cut the page in half. So the page has two sections. I cant seem to do it. I went to page setup > landscape> Chose 2 pages per sheet. After I select OK, it doesnt look right. The landscape page has not

When using "Compare side by side" function, the right pane invariably centers on the right margin, making the left part of the page disappear out of view. I have the "Synchronous scrolling" button turned on, but that only seems to affect vertical scrolling.

Word 2003 documents I create on "one particular PC" with one set of margins look different and pages are formatted (text is moved to a different page) differently on any other PC with the SAME margin settings. PCs have same version of MS Office 2003 Professional.

page set up has 1 inch on left and right, for the entire document, but still the right margin looks much larger than is the left. this is not true in other documents.

When I opened up MS-Word 2003, (in print layout view) I suddenly have greyed out right angles at the margins. I had this problem years ago. I don't remember how to get rid of it.
