I have a Word document, standard 8.5 x 11 which will need to be a small booklet, 5.5 x 8.5. How do I resize it w/out having to resize all graphics, tables, etc.? I was told to use the zoom feature in Print, however, the size choices don't fit what I need. Any suggestions?

I am using word 2002. My document is 60 pages. The page numbering is yet sequential 1,2,3... When I insert a new section at page 45, the page sequence is interrupted and starts again at 1, there where the new section was inserted.

When an outline-numbered heading follows a manual page break, the heading's number does not appear in the Document Map. The heading text is there, but no number. Why?
