I have a user who has a document that is split into sections.  
For each section she wants the pages numbers to show page x of y.  
For example Section 1 is 20 pages she wants it to show page 1 of 20 page 2

That option usually takes you to a full-page template with gridlines

I saw a dialogue box, of little pictures of page numbering options, and this
was one of them. Now I can't find that dialogue box, again and I want the A-1
B-1 C-1 system.
