Is there a way to format text in a document to be visible in reading and editing mode, but hidden from a printed copy? We have instructions for the author in some documents, which we want to leave in the document but not to be printed out.

I created a template for a Word Document. It was working just fine now all of a sudden when I want to leave a blank space it automatically addeds a long dark line that will not go away.

Hi all - is there away to insert the sequential number of tables and figures within the text so that when I insert or delete tables or figures within the text I don't have to manually change the table reference in hte text?

The page setup dimensions/margins are now displayed in pt, rather than in inches. I don't know how that changed or how to get it back to inches. Anyone know the answer?
