Is there a way to format text in a document to be visible in reading and
editing mode, but hidden from a printed copy?
We have instructions for the author in some documents, which we want to
leave in the document but not to be printed out.

I created a template for a Word Document.  It was working just fine now all

Hi all - is there away to insert the sequential number of tables and figures
within the text so that when I insert or delete tables or figures within the
text I don't have to manually change the table reference in hte text?

The page setup dimensions/margins are now displayed in pt, rather than in
inches.  I don't know how that changed or how to get it back to inches.

I'm using a Word template for a manual and am trying to set up an area for
notes on the outside edges of the pages.  I need both the left- and
right-facing pages to have outside margin space of 2". How do I do this?

I have a form used for OCRing that has 2 text boxes on it.  If data is added
to the first text box and it raps around to a second line, it drops the
second text box down a line.  The scanner then mis-reads the next text box.

Hi all - I used the regular table caption entry method for tables and figures
in my doc.  However, after a few table, the numbering jumps from say 4 to 37.
