When I insert a footnote it is going to the end of the page, not the end of
the section.  I have try restart each section, continous. Not sure what I can

How can I keep people from using the enter key rather than tab to complete

I can't find anything in the documentation about what it means to set the
before/after line spacing to "auto" - it's certainly not the same as 0 which
is the default value.
