I have a problem with disappearing text boxes in word.
1. Open a new document.
2. Place a text box somewhere on the page.
3. Insert an image into the text box.

When I am typing my page is not advancing upward so that my typing can always
be seen.  I have to manually move the page up using the mouse.  Can someone
tell me how to correct that?

I  write a catalog in word 2000. It's 6" X 10" so in page set up I set page
size to 6" X 10".
When I convert the word doc to a pdf file using either adobe distiller or
adobe acrobat, adobe always changes the page size to letter sise.
