I am using anchored text boxes to create side headings. These headings are one to four lines long, are to the left of the main text, and must be centered. Is there a method other than text boxes for creating side headings in Word 2003?

When Word starts up for the first time or anytime I call for a new blank page I get a test message that I typed months ago. I have to manually erase it every time. I have trie all that I know to do.

In the Styles and Formating task pane, there are two buttons: Select All and New Styles. Well my Select All button is greyed out. I uses this button to select all text with the same formatting. Can someone tell me how to activitate this button?
