| Word Document Layout | 26 Aug 2007 03:36 GMT | 6 |
I wrote a previous post a few days ago and my issue has not been solved. I wanted to follow-up with another question. When I open up a Word document that was emailed to me containing a little bit of formatting, the document does not look like it's supposed to. The document has ...

| Odd/Even footer problem | 26 Aug 2007 01:35 GMT | 3 |
I have a 32-page document in Word 2002. Page 27 is showing an even- page footer. However, when I click on the footer to change it, as well as in print preview, the footers all appear correct (although there now appear to be 35 pages).

| Printed Bottom of Page Height Changed in Word 2007 | 26 Aug 2007 00:10 GMT | 3 |
I've recently installed Office 2007 Professional and am using Word. I'm printing to a fairly new HP Photosmart C6180 all-in-one printer--same printer I used last week with Word 2003. When I use Word 2003, the unprintable zone at the bottom is .46", however with 2007 the ...

| Wrong Page Break | 25 Aug 2007 20:03 GMT | 3 |
In a large Word 2000 document (under Win2k) the page number (in layout view as well as printed) appears two thirds down from the top in the right margin preceded by the page break. The rest of the page cannot be filled with text, and it is impossible to erase the page number.

| problem with newsletter | 24 Aug 2007 23:56 GMT | 1 |
I know there may be a very simple answer to this, but I am going nuts. I do my library club's newsletter, and not surprisingly, I type it up Page 1, Page 2, Page 3, Page 4. However, I wanted to cut and paste it into a template of 17 x 11 with Page 4 + Page 1, Page 2 + 3.

| MERGED ENVELOPES SETUP | 24 Aug 2007 23:55 GMT | 1 |
I recently asked a question about using an Excel spreadsheet of addresses to address envelopes in Word. I was able to set up the merge, but the components of the address are are all over the place....not in a "block". Also, it doesn't seem to be using the font I selected. Can ...

I sifted thru all the files but could not find the solution for my question. Put simply, it is as this: I have three styles: Bullet1, Bullet2, Bullet3 all based on No Style. The difference is in indents of .25, .5 and .75. The problem is that I don't want

| Word 2007 - locking a printer to a document? | 24 Aug 2007 18:07 GMT | 3 |
Since I've changed to Word 2007, I don't seem to be able to lock a specific printer to a document. I'm sure I could do this in Office 2003. I think it works with templates, but that's not what I need.

| Changing a next page section break to a continuous one in a column | 24 Aug 2007 17:44 GMT | 2 |
I have a document with some columns in it. Normally, the columns end off with a continuous section break. Sometimes though, this continuous section break turns into a next page section break and I can’t seem to change it back to a continuous one (I’ve been able to do it in the ...

| View breaks | 24 Aug 2007 03:22 GMT | 7 |
In word 2002 how does one view just the breaks, ie. column break, section break? There are options to view seemingly every other type of hidden character or code. Ideally I would like only column breaks to be visible by default for a template.
