I want to create two columns, where I can insert the chapter number in the
left column adjacent to the text in the right column.  Each column needs to
flow from one page to the next, not from column to column.

I have a large document in which I need to add some PDF files.  Does anyone
know if it is possible and if so how to import a PDF file (picture) into

When I am working on a document and I fill the first page up it will keep
accepting info but it doesn't go to page 2 OR show the info I am entering.
