I often use A5 size paper in my printer when using Microsoft Word 2003.
However when I go into PAGE SETUP - PAPER SIZE it does not give me the option
of selecting this size paper. I have the latest printer driver installed on
my Canon Pixma IP4300.

I am having problems with with the endnote marker numbers: they are appearing
in the middle of the line rather than being positioned as superscripts.

I am using Microsoft 2007 suite. I have a document in MS Word 07 that is

i opened a reading document & normally print the short ones, this one came up
as a huge essay/document & has no page number, i want to know how to switch

My document has five pages. I want the first three pages to have a footer
with Page 1 of 3, Page 2 of 3, and Page 3 of 3. Then, I want the last two
