I created a 20" x 22" custom page size layout which will not display in print

I have a document that  want to print in A4 size. The document has a page
border layout. The problem is that when I print the dosument, the border
does not print in full. The border is cut by more than 70%. I tried to make

how to get rid of lines meant for signatures.
This was a doc I copied and modified.  
These lines were already there.

I set up some information, wanted to copy and paste this information to make
up a full page of the information.  When I paste, it will not allow me to
paste side by side to utilize the full page.  It wants to go down the page.  
How can I manage this?  Thanks
